- Developing strategies to help you manage nerves and tools to strengthen your voice and SPEAK or SING your truth with confidence.
- Learning energetic feminine essence and presence practices to enhance your presence, engage your audience and share your truth plus awesome public speaking activities.
All in a FUN, SAFE, JOYFUL AND NURTURING space.
This course is also restorative and confidence building as you grow connection with your inner voice to sound it out into the loving arms of the circle holding space and witnessing you as you are, without changing or fixing anything.
